Why do people underestimate Lissandra?

Hi guys, as you might have guessed from the title I want to talk about Lissandra (my favorite champion and last year +123 games 65% winrate, this season 62%)

So as a Lissandra main I really think it's weird that she isn't played that often, I wonder what the reasons are that people do not prefer to play her. as for my part i'll give you guys my build (wich isn't 100%standard) and my opinion on lissandra.

build: last item depends on their teamcomp, mostly the game is over by then but ( if they got lots of ap + works great with R)

-this build provides you of a lot of HP (around 3 - 3.4k) wich gives you great sustain, and your R partly gives back % missing HP. -although it doesnt seem the most damage oriented build you need to keep in mind that you have TONS OF MR PEN, 38 flat mr pen + 35% mr pen. -this makes it so that with the AP+MR PEN you deal massive amounts of damage in teamfights.

Lissandra Pros:

• CC: R + W + Q slow makes it very easy to prioritize on low health damage dealers.
• great engage potential with E (+ hextech protobelt) the distance you can travel is HUGE you can pick of/suprise people with this very simple
• great sunstain with R + standard has most hp of all mages (except vlad?)
• assassin counter
• long ranged mages counter (

cons: -early game lvl 1-6 low damage/kill potential -needs to get 1-2 items and needs to scale during early -?

*side note, I'm still fan of her getting a new passive, although since the recent changes I feel her passive is usefull but it could be cooler tho
