Malzahar combo can 1 shot a tank, but he CCs himself, so be carefull about that. Swain is also really good with item 3151 against the tank meta. Shyvana can go full tank herself and still do tons of damage and Vayne is one of the best ADC for now, because she deals Percent health true damage ( So yeah, doesn't give a crap about what you build)

Amumu abuses this meta. He benefits from being tanky and using cinder but also deal %hp damage. It's really easy to build him to 400 ap and 4k hp and do tons of damage to anyone. Liandry's Cinder and Amumu's W work in synergy so that tanks get melted. Amumu item 3027 item 3725 item 3151 item 3116 item 3260
