Anyone else getting this glytch?

Lately, since maybe two updates ago, throughout the game I try to trigger an ability (mine are all quickcast and always have been) and it doesn't trigger. The blue direction indicator appears but when I release nothing happens. I end up pressing the key 3-4 times before it triggers the ability. It's frustrating.
