Lux's Ult
The base damage on it is really high, but the scaling on it is really high too. Late game it can do 600-1000 damage. It has huge range, is AOE, and is very hard to miss once you or your team CC's someone.

300/400/500 is actually not as high as you think. Mainly because her real power drops off at mid game when she loses 300+ burst from her passive.
her ratios are fairly high but not good enough to earn her a spot in OP Mages monthly. :( (Q:70, W: 70, E: 60, R: 75)% Oh and her passive drops off early game for an extra 130-ish late game... which is useless.
