If Vlad gets reworked, his Ult, sadly, HAS to go.

Vlad's ult stops him from being strong. Think about it.

If Vlad is ever strong because he's Vlad, his ult makes him over-bearing because it makes his entire team 12% stronger along-side him.

With his current ult, he's forced to be mediocre so his ult doesn't push him over the edge. There will never be a significant reason to pick Vlad unless he's OP, or unless its because of his ult. For his team. Not for him.

Vlad would be much healthier balance-wise, sustain included, if he didn't have his current ult.

On his sustain, he should lose the flat heal, keep the ratio on his new ult as a passive. This removes sustain from early laning, but lets him sustain through the period he's much weaker than other mages. That said, he doesn't need the sustain anyway. Most of his sustain he gets from WotA, and that's usually more than enough.

His new ult should emphasize his health for damage or damage for health aspect. It should push his current kit further and synergize with his passive, similar to Jax's (minus the 3rd hit proc changing how jax plays), or Ryze.

Remember, Vlad is blood-mage, NOT A VAMPIRE.
