does graves need attack speed?

getting attack speed ,he reloads gun faster not getting attack speed ,he shoots faster

hows normal?

also how does he crit ,lets say he crits 1k ,does his passive add 120% more dmg ,4 bullets x 30% damage?

cause in game i critted 900 ,but in the end lobby showed only 300 ish
