Wow wukong reached 54% winrate after a 8% atrack speed

I dont get It, im wukong jungler main, i reached Diamond 1 with him as a jungle, the Q nerf was so rough that i started to max Q now, the runes nerfs also, i started to go dark harvest instead, and im not complaining, he Is in a decent spot now, he have a lot of counters un the jungle, and I mean, A LOT, trundle, shyvana, jax, khazix, graves, rammus, and those are only a few. So they buffed him his att speed by just 8% and he got 54% winrate in top lane, like what the fuck, Is so easy to play against him, ???? Nos im pretty sure when he gets 55-56% he will get another nerf, RIP.
