@Meddler/Morello/Scruffy/etc. - What are your thoughts on a "swarming" Champion (ala Zerg)?

Having been doing a lot of LotV Co-op missions, I can safely say that swarming the enemy as Zagara is extremely fun. No matter how many of your Zerglings or Banelings the enemy kills, you'll have a new army up in seconds ready to overrun them again. It's so much fun.

That said, the lack of a Champion who can truly swarm down the enemy is... puzzling. Yorick's kit is clearly not capable of the job (given he's intentionally underpowered, for one), and Elise's Spiderlings are really just an add-on to her damage, not something that really overrun an enemy position with sheer numbers. Any other Champions with minions never reach the numbers of The Swarm.

Given that League is constantly looking for Champions with new mechanics, I wonder whether or not they might try a "Swarmer" Champion. Is it at all a possibility, or are such mechanics completely incompatible with League's format?
