Game is broken

Might just be me but Champion collection and rune pages wont load. In champion select I can't lock in and after I got kicked for not locking in it said, your team needs a wider position thing, I wasn't even in a party.

My friends are in game so it can't just be me. Im not patient so Im writing this like 1 min after it happened...
