Shen don't need much just a little.
The only thing Shen really needs is some work on his W the rest is fine.Maybe something along the lines of a attack speed buff add as a passives on it or a buff gear more towards late game.

Nothing, I don't want to see Shen ever again.
I choose 3. A rework.
Honestly, I think Shen just needs a new base kit. MR per level, slightly more health, and at least 345 MS.
Passive: Feint
Shen takes X% less damage from auto attacks and Y% less damage from AoE spells/abilities. After taking damage from 10 such attacks, Shen gains stealth for 1.5 seconds. Attacking or casting a spell breaks the stealth immediately. The first auto attack Shen makes after Stealth strikes all enemies around him and restores 20 Energy. While stealthed, Shen gains 30% Movement speed and can move through units.
I think this idea (feinting in and out of combat using stealth to reposition) is a fun "Ninja" reward for Shen doing his job and tanking. Mobility should be a thing for Shen as a ninja tank, not necessarily damage. (He's not an assassin.)
Q: Vorpal Blade
Make this have some counterplay and beef it up just a tad. So, linear skill shot, affects first target struck. Shen throws his blade in a straight line, striking the first enemy it hits for 60/100/140/180/220(+40% Bonus AD)(+40% AP). If Shen hits a target, he may cast "Shadow Strike" for a limited time.
Shadow Strike: Shen strikes from the Shadows, appearing behind his target and attacking them, dealing bonus magic damage equal to 4/5/6/7/8% of the target's max health and healing for the same amount.
W: Ki-Strike
Shen's next attack deals bonus magic damage equal to 35/40/45/50/55% AD (+10% Shen's bonus Health).
E: Shadow Dash
Shen dashes a short distance, cutting everything in his path dealing 30/60/90/120/150(+50%AP). Minions and monsters take double damage from this attack. Enemy Champions struck by this attack are taunted and must attack Shen for 1/1.25/1.5/1.75/2 seconds. Each enemy champion hit by this attack restores 30 Energy.
R: Stand United
Shen shields target ally for 200/300/400(+10% Shen's max Health)(+80%AP). After channeling for 3 seconds, Shen teleports to the ally. While Shen is channeling his Shield, all auto attacks and AoE spells/abilities vs the target of his shield counts as attacks against Shen for stacking his passive.
This makes Shen very mobile (like a ninja), and doesn't give him too much damage. He gets rewarded for drawing aggro with the ability to re-position quickly. He also has a good amount of tools for escape if he needs to split push. Thoughts?
