Let's bury this Fighter-Assassin abuse crap

By introducing negative ratios on abilities. Eg: Ekko E= -1.5 Bonus armour scaling, -1.5 Bonus magic resistance scaling. Hell even -0.4 bonus health scaling if needed.

And before anyone says "this isn't needed", unless riot is honestly ready to rework 1/2 the roster to avoid this and all future champions will not have this issue, Game 2 of the NALCS finals says otherwise. For those who say: "great, gimp tank's damage even further". Just don't give them negative ratios >_>.

Honestly I'm sick of seeing Ekko's name slandered and his kit getting branded as broken because building tankish removes his primary intended weakness and all difficulty involved. I'm sick of breaking my back trying to hard carry games as a squishy building as intended when I could just go bruiser Yasuo and win anyway. And most of all I'm sick of seeing this screw with pro play by forcing teams to either ban it or risk handing it over simply because fighter items are too effective
