Help me play the new fiora please.

So I bought fiora but I didn't see they reworked her -.- .. okay so to my surprise she is not untangible anymore and she can't QQ you .. okay but the problem is she lack of attack speed HARD and her damage is just .. man wtf .

how do I play her? what skills to max in which order and what items would work and why?
