Bad Luck or Just bad

Throughout this Arcade event, I spent the money to get the Pass for the extra missions. I've completed them all got every reward and every orb I got gave me something I already have... Like Really? At least give me something that I something I can use... My first 3 orbs gave me nothing but champ shards. I OWN EVERY CHAMPION... My last few Orbs and most of these being Mega Orbs gave me skin shards that I already owned. So, I had to reroll all 3 of the shards just to get Something I didn't already own... I think the Event Style Orbs, or at least the high tier should be guaranteed something you don't own.
