A business project

Let's say they assign you a project, to create a company. You have to come up with a detailed business plan, of 10 pages.

Now there are three separate groups who will work on this project.

1. A team of MBA students
2. A team of junior high students
3. A mixed team of MBA and junior high students

It should go without saying that group 1 will produce a superior product than group 2, although group 2 should still be able to make a good faith effort.

I want to know how exactly group 3 is going to work together on a complicated project with vastly different proficencies related to the study of the field of business. I would postulate that there would be great conflict, since the junior high students are going to view themselves as equals to the MBA students and resist their attempts at leadership. Their relative immaturity and ignorance will try the patience of the MBA students, leading to group disharmony and a lack of productivity. The final result would be a mish-mash of professional contribution and neophytic babble.

Group 3 is what happens when unranked mmr is separate from ranked mmr.

I get placed with high plat and low diamond in ranked but am cursed with bronze and silvers in unranked.

Unfuckingacceptable

makes it fucking impossible to practice for ranked.
