U.R.F. but for educational/mythbusters purposes

Everyone loves the gamemode U.R.F. (Ultra Rapid Fire) because its fast paced and just all around fun. I think URF should be a definitive part of the game (or at least in custom games) so you can practice certain abilities that would require flash or certain summoner spells to be on a shorter cooldown. Its very inefficient to practice them in the current custom games because of the long cooldown of flash, teleport, etc. I hope that URF can come back to the game forever, but if not at least in custom games so people can practice certain things such as Lee Sin's flash kick.
