queue punishment massage ...

whats up with that message popping up on the client when your being placed in lower queue due to leaving/afk ???

people massage me and i cant cancel it if the message is from someone who i must answer i have to cancel it , now if from a 10 min ive gone like 8 minates of it canceling it will make me wait another 10 minates ...

i just find it inconvenient !! is it meant to be a part of the punishment ??? if it is , its not very reasonable , because it could damage peoples relationships , i had a 20 minate queue punishment and my friend kept massaging me for 18 mins and he thought im ignoring him and got upset with me ...

and my other friends messaged me for duo i couldnt answer them either , its very inconvenient and unreasonable ... i understand i left game and that would create problems with other players and i deserve punishment ... but please think of another way other than the massage freezing my client ... or at least make an adjustment to the client so that my friendlist can understand that im in queue punishment not just in que ...
