Make Yasuo's Tornado more visibly discernible during team fights

Playing against a high noon Yasuo, his Tornado was every bit as difficult to see as Project Ashe's ult before the changes. I recommend looking at every Yasuo variant and making his transparent wind cyclone easier to discern during team fights.
