Orange Essence, EXP, Leveling and Rewards Critique

I typically hate everything new Riot Games does. I down it and then slowly come to terms with what they add to the game. Ever since plants released earlier this year I didn't think it was going to add anything to the game and I despised it. I don't mind it now and it doesn't break the game as much as I thought it would. I now have a more open mind about things in this game and just wait for time to pass. The new changes to leveling and rewards is a touchy subject with me. I don't hate it but I don't like it either. The two major things that I absolutely hate is the change to orange essence gained from disenchants and how little reward you get for winning a 30 minuet plus game.

We may have been a little spoiled with the free skins and champions in the loot crafting system. Before I felt like farming for chest drops was worth it. I felt like I really deserved that amazing skin shard. If I got a stupid skin I didn't want I could just disenchant it to get the epic one I really want. Now I get 75% less orange essence from skin disenchants and I feel like I will never be able to get that skin shard I want to enchant. I can re-roll skin shards and hope I don't get a shitty one, but I can no longer disenchant skin shards to get a decent amount of orange essence. I understand it need a minor decrease but what Riot did was completely butcher it and make me feel like I didn't earn anything because it is going to take forever to obtain . . . if ever. You either wait 3 years to save up for that skin shard or you hope you get it with a RNG roulette skin game.

Rewards for winning a game that runs past 30 minuets is another thing that upsets me. What a player earns for winning a game that goes beyond 30 minuets is non-existent. You are asking players to give up 30 minuets of their time for rewards that make absolutely no difference in levels. EXP should be higher, BE should be higher, and not getting crappy champion shards that I already own 3 times in a row . . . . should be better. If I level up and win a match, I want to feel like my hardwork paid off. I don't feel that way when I get a terrible amount of EXP and BE for winning a game. I don't feel this way when it takes me forever to level up because of the crap EXP I get. At higher levels it should be harder but lower levels . . . and even in parts of 30 and 40 . . . . it feels too long and the reward is ridiculous if a game goes on past 30 minuets.

I really don't see this working out if you don't fix the problem with progression for level 30 plus players and the severe issue with orange essence disenchant amounts.
