The Kha'zix nerf wasn't enough

I try so hard to avoid kha'zix untill he shows up, with one item, and jump qw me mid lane and I lost half my health. I flashed towards my minion wave and he qed me again which barely did any less damage and then I was dead. What's the point of his isolation passive if it barely affect him anymore? I used to main him mid season 6 and someone being isolated meant you were going to do 1/3 of your damage but now you still do most of it and it removed the counter play from his kit.

Nerf his q damage when his targets not isolated and maybe add a second or two to the cooldown on his jump
