Ranked LP Correction

I was curious if there would be a way to fix ranked play to accurately give and take of LP. By no means a challenger player but I feel I could be close to a gold player if I didnt have issues like playing a game and going 28-5 and losing because rest of team fed so hard and threw. Still lose full 18 LP or whatever though it was clearly others for that game that we lost. I think it would be beneficial if you have a 2-12 laner that they lose more LP than others that didnt. Just a thought of way of improvement. Could go the same for winning if you are hard carried get a few less LP than those that carried you. Nothing crazy but a few would really help balance I think.
