@Riot when you look into changing Illaoi, will you be fixing her bugs and making her smoother?

She feels extremely clunky atm, with her W cancelling and being consumed even if it hits nothing, her pathetically slow autos, her having no way to hide in the fog of war to kill anybody not looking, her ult sometimes spawning no tentacles, and her passive tentacles sometimes make the sound of slapping when you use W even if they don't move.

Also unrelated buff for her, if her tentacles haven't been attacked in the past 10 seconds they heal for 1 health.
