Can´t they make cleanse a counterpart to qss?

Now that qss is useless against the UltYouOopsYouDead crew aka zed, fiora and fizz, can´t they make cleanse a bit more useful with bleeds and poison? Like, qss won´t remove anything unless its got cc attacked to it, so why don´t make cleanse remove darius stacks? It counters him pretty well but doesn´t render him useless. You could make it so that he only needs 4 stacks to get his godzilla mode so that the right use of cleanse can have a window of fail (Cleansing 4 stacks won´t matter since Darius will put the max stacks again with another attack, but cleansing 3 will do the trick) Idk, I feel like this qss change should be the opportunity to make cleanse great again
