Zilean Quality of Life Change.

I've generally found Zilean to be a rather balanced champion. But I hate playing against him. Why? Because I can never tell if he's cast an offensive spell.

My specific complaint is his bombs. I'm not asking for any sort of nerf. I would just like to have some sort of overt animation that shows "This Champion is attacking me!" Having a bomb just appear above my head doesn't communicate that threat until after he's already completed his attack action.

Give me some sort of animation to react to.
