Why the ranked system is stupid and the reporting system is trash

The ranked system is stupid because of how u need no skill to win, a reason for this is because there is way to many broken champs out there and that you can get paired up with people who suck at the game and your way better.Also the reporting system is stupid because what happens if your power goes out or something bad has happened and u have to get off you be able to be reported if u give a reason to leave and why did u guys get ride of the bans that actually are good reasons to ban and you never ban anymore, every time me and my friends report one person they don't get banned. I personally think these are the reasons why ranked takes no skill and that the reporting system sucks.
