Can you fix Anivia's Q hitbox?

I know it's supposed to be a hard-to-land skillshot, but it's a lot harder to hit than it looks to be, since the outer rims of the side facing upwards relative to the camera don't really "count" for landing it, for... some reason.

Super, super pedantic, but it's so annoying wondering why that one didn't hit like the rest.
