Plants are a random factor, Stakeholders, Side Note

Dear Riot,

 I recommend rethinking the idea about plants. If they are going to be spawning randomly it detracts from being a skill based game. This is a competitive esports game and adding a purely random factor into would have consequences on the pro scene. If you happen to get a health plant while jungling then it means that you can go ahead and get an extra camp or you are now ready to gank a lane all because you happened to get free health by luck. These are just some of my thoughts on the update. On a side note, I think the amount of skins being released is kind of conspicuous. I know that this game needs to generate profit in some way in order to keep it up and going but, I just don't want to see it become purely about making money. If that happens then the game will "tank."It would create a company culture that I personally don't think is desired. It would be harmful to the esports community which has become successful largely due to this game. It would also hurt the community of gamers who are absolutely in love with the game and have made great friends on this game. A friend, that I met on league, is using league to reach out to a larger community. At first, he made guides for different champions to help others learn how to play the game better. Now, he is starting up an actual stream on twitch and he will be able to reach a larger community.With league of legends, he may be able to make this his career.  I don't know how the management style of Riot or the decision process, but please make sure to take the perspective of all the stakeholders (people or things that are affected by the game/company i.e. gamers, non-gamers, employees, streamers, etc) and take their concerns into account. I believe in 2014, Riot put out a statement saying that there was about 70 million people on the game in total. We haven't had a population update since. I love playing League of Legends, and will continue to do so with or without plants. I don't want to see this game disappear after seeing the good things that can come from League of Legends. 

P.S. I know some or maybe a lot of players may say that there is a lot of toxicity and it really ruins the game for people. I usually just ignore it or avoid it by making a joke or type "HEY HEY YOU YOU I DONT LIKE YOUR GIRLFRIEND" and that little line at the beginning of a game does remarkable things. I wanted to do a little experiment and see if it made a difference in win/loss ratios and whether or not, while losing people would still get mad or not.
