QoL change for Rakan Idea

So his winrate has been lackluster (~45%) as of late, and I have an idea for helping him out a teeny bit.

He can use shield at "Xayah Range" on a non-Xayah ally by pressing E twice on them rapidly. However, this consumes both charges and thus he can shield only once.

When I first watched his champ reveal video this is how I thought it worked actually. You could either do two smaller jumps OR one huge one. Sadly I was mistaken.

I think this could improve Rakan's winrate so he no longer is limited by his pathetic dash range, but it also doesn't buff him too much or remove his synergy with Xayah completely.
