Winning games as ADC?...

I don't know what's wrong with me or with the game, but as OTP ADC I can't win ANY games. Before entering gold in S7 I had almost 60% winratio. In G5 I fell to 51 or maybe already 50% winratio. I already got G5 Veteran... and the game feels already boring. In those 100 games in G5, I had 2 or 3 games where I could say enemy ADC was better. In 20 SoloQ games:

• 2 I was doing worse than others (like 1/5)
• 10 I was doing the best in the game (most damage, way more than enemy adc and dealing more dmg / doing better in TFs than enemies)
• 8 I was doing fine, I was average (6/4, 4/6 and stuff like that) in 20 games there were 2 games where I did bad and in most cases I thought it's because of enemy support carrying and not enemy ADC...

Ehh I just don't know what to do. I played like 400 games last 2 months, like 350 of them were ADC games and I can't do anything no matter how much I try... tho... I often play with Diamond premade (we get Diamond enemies) on normals and I do way better than in Gold. My CS is 8+/min and stuff like that. Same thing on tournaments - when I play on tournament (for RP and other stuff) and get patched against ~Diamond - Master botlane, I do average or good depending on support matchup. IDK If ADC can win botlane, IDK if ADC can win a game, all I know is that no matter how much I try, how much damage I do - If enemies kill me we lost, but even if I kill 2-3 enemy carries they can still 2v4 my team if I died. I want to improve, I want to play against better enemies but I'm stuck with gold. It's boring at this point, cus I can never say "Holy enemy ADC is so good", cus my team prefers to dive enemy tank instead of protecting fed Kog'Maw, cus there is no peel, cus there is no communication, cus nobody has any macro...

I noticed one thing tho - in most games I lose 2-3 lanes (i count jg as lane here) are losing a bit or hard... not a long time ago i had 2/12 top and 3/11... and I see stuff like that way too often.

I don't see any way to improve - I can have 8-10 cs if my supp has any pressure, I can dodge tons of skills, use cleans / qss, position very well... and still I lose. In most cases 5 enemies tunnel on me, ignoring my whole team and just kill me or my team if i run away.

BY THE WAY I could easly get to Gold playing Jungle or any other lane (even tho I play so bad on them compared to ADC) just because I could carry harder. Is this ADC thing to not be able to carry or somehow playing only ADC and being able to match plats+ on it I am doing worse than on Jungle that i play like once per 10 games?
