paper turrets and L.E.D fountain lazer

so just played my first match of the new patch and gotta say the turrets feel weaker, maybe it was me maybe it was the super fed fizz on the enemy team, but last time I checked fizz isn't supposed to dive me in my base platform (spawn) and walk away with half health let alone the new items are making champions who normally have "counterplay" and making them very oppressive by removing some of that counterplay. anyway just thought id ask about the whole fizz and turret thing [slayer-jinx-catface]
