Talon is OP BROKEN AND NEEDS A NERF

Please explain to me how talons Rake (W) hits you on the outside of the animation?!?!?!?!?!?! I mean shit playing annie has one of the longest auto attack ranges in the game and im on the outside in what appears to be the hit box of this ability but it still HITS ME.... There is no way of dodging this, THIS NEEDS TO BE NERFED OR FIXED

ALSO HOW IS IT FAIR THAT HE CAN JUST JUMP OVER ANY WALL IN THE GAME WTF IS THIS?!?!?!?!? YOU ARE TRYING TO ESCAPE AND OH LET ME HOP OVER THE WALL!!!!!!!!!!!!

Fix this shit or nerf him

No matter what i would do try to play safe under tower dodge his rake his ability would still hit me

Someone told me the key to playing talon is not letting the the 2nd part hit you. However I was playing Annie and he could all in me at 75% health at level 2.

talon is like old katarina, doesnt matter if he has no CS, doesnt matter if hes 0/5, once he gets a couple of kills he WILL carry, he carries everygame in which i've seen it (like 10 times), at least in silver division.

His passive is just broken OP, he need cooldown on that jump, cause he can too easily engagé, one-shot, and disappear away, he needs a cooldown on that passive to be balanced.

Tbh if the W hit box wasn't completely broken you would never hit it in lane because of that god awful delay it has.
