VainGlory/LoL Character Parallel Help

Alright, so I've been getting into the MOBA, VainGlory, and really liked the character Adaigo. I was wondering: Is there a character that works like Adaigo in LoL? Adaigo essentially does crowd control and support. He heals himself or another and, by doing so, inflicts fire(lasting damage) on the enemies surrounding the target. He can also increases attack power for himself or others. Finally, he can cast an AoE spell around himself which damages enemies a lot. The closest I can think of are and . I haven't played LoL enough to actually know which champions would resemble him, and don't have to time to really play every character. I just really liked his play style and would like to play a character like that in LoL.
