Too much CDR everywhere

Cant tell, how many times i havent bought an item (most times ) because I already have 40% CDR and feel like buying it might be a waste of gold. CDR doesnt seem rare nowadays. Its, perhaps and in my opinion, too common now. Too many items have it as a stat.
