You don't even need to kill her, just dodge her skillshots and she'll kill herself eventually

I was writing about this yesterday. I think her issue is she can play it too safe now and has no incentive to risk herself as her E doesn't do enough damage to trade with, and you can't really level Q early if you are a support. Go 0/21/9, load an all hp/5 rune page and you can sit back and heal all game.
