About what might work with putting Riven's win percentage back up where it belongs.

Well with the introduction of warlords and the changes to rageblade, we can all agree Riven has fallen behind. While she has been slowly buffed, because if she gets too big of a buff she will be too strong, she just can't match up to champs like Jax and Trundle which have benefited from the changes. Now as I remember she had some experimental changes in the PBE a few months ago, which were deemed too strong to be implemented in the game. Riven was fine as she was then, but now she needs something on that level to get back to where she needs to be. Now while i know she suffers from Lee Syndrome (lower winrate than she should have because of all the people who don't know what they are doing with her); 5% cdr has really been the only thing she gained with the changes. while other champs are getting great item synergy. Which brings me to my next point, she has no real item powerspike, Which when you look at champs like: Jax, Gangplank, Nasus, Trundle, and other meta picks, they all have those item powerspikes, which means she can't keep up with their powerspike. She is a bit like old Fiora in that if she gets ahead she gets insanely strong, but if she falls behind she has no real way to catch up at all. Now while she has a strong early game and a strong late game, her midgame drops off too hard for her to do much unless she gets fed. I think the edge change might just bring her to the level of, a better early game to make it easier to snowball, but with enough of a mid-game buff to make it where if she doesn't begin her amazing snowball she can at least do something. Although these changes would need to come with a nerf to her lategame to make sure she can't be strong at all phases of the game. something along the lines of her passive possibly having a lower max ratio, make it where she can't just be able to E-->R-->cc-->hit with 2 hits of fast combo-->R to kill anyone that isn't a full out tank in the late game. These are just my thoughts on the issue, feel free to give me your ideas and/or what is wrong with my idea.
