Ward Vision and late game (jungle) (Poll)

Control wards and vision are an important part of the game but I don't understand why I can't have them at mid to late game or to have to sacrifice a slot to carry them for vision.

Especially as a jungle main I need the oracles lens , replacing Meaning I can't place stealth wards anymore. So I have to sacrifice that vision for other types of vision control and rely on my team for this (not a good idea in my elo).

are there any plans to include a new item that would allow further warding like it existed in previous seasons? And if not, why so ?
