A Suggestion for the auto fill feature of draft pick

Let me start off by saying, this is entirely my fault in the first place, and I recognize that. Call it negligence, a brain fart or what have you, but I was recently in a ranked flex queue and got auto-filled to jungle, a role that I barely play, and never play in ranked. I picked my champion, changed my runes and masteries, etc. However, I load into game to realize that I forgot to put on smite. The thought didn't cross my mind. I didn't have any intention of playing jungle so for whatever reason, I neglected to change my summoner spell to smite. Again, this is entirely my fault for not paying attention, but how difficult would it be to default a summoner spell to smite if I get auto-filled to jungle? Needless to say I cost my team the game because of a summoner spell.
TLDR; I feel like if I am going to be auto-filled into jungle, a summoner spell should default to smite.
