Udyr my favorite champion (besides Nunu), is he in need of a nerf?

Do I believe that one of my beloved jungle champions is in need of a nerf....? Honestly, not really but maybe a small one. Udyr has exploded in the past 2-3 patches, so why has this happened? Well with the introduction of Runic Echoes with chilling smite this is a very potent combination. But that can't be it can it? Also with the changes the mastery Strength of the Ages has been changed from what was previously conceived. So all do I believe Udyr is in need of a nerf? Maybe, but keep in mind that with the introduction of Runic Echoes and Strength of the Ages being changed that is what is causing this significant "buff" to this champion. I look forward to anyone's feedback and like to start a discussion down below.
