Looking for Training.

I am looking to get better at the game. I don't know all of the areas I am bad at or even if I am good at anything. I have a fairly busy schedule but am typically available in the afternoon at some point. I am presently unranked but am close to being able to play ranked. I am level 46 with a mastery 6 kennen and two mastery 7 tokens. I also play sivir (Mastery 4 and 1 token), trisanna (still learning), and cho'gath. I prefer top lane but will take mid or bot if needed. I tend to avoid support and jg at all costs. I am not able to pay but will be very attentive to any information given. I will take it seriously if anyone decides to use their time to try to help me. I would like if at all possible a high elo player but I know I can't really expect that given that I am unranked, and unable to pay. Thanks for any and all consideration!
