An idea for Dynamic queue

This is just a musing I had and honestly would like to hear feedback.

What if Dynamic queue let a person (with pick intent) have to agree (Do you agree with this ban? Y/N) with a ally's ban on their intended champion before it could be placed.

This way no more "Whoops MB i banned your champ because i wasnt paying attention"

ALSO ban intent would not show intent to ban an ally's champion rather it would show a Blank space if nobody picked a ban yet or the previous ban intent if they did.

Finally Just a peeve of mine STILL. DO NOT MAKE BANS AN AFK CHECK WE DO NOT NEED 17 AFK CHECKS.
