New Feature : Pre swapping in champ select

Hey guys,

The idea is simple, while choosing your champion in champ select, you would be able to prompt one of your mates for pre swap, at the end of the champ select the swap is done between both players automatically.

Once a preswap is locked, it should show in a visual way that both players are swapping. You could ofc stop the swap from happening if it was a mistake or something.

It would prevent people from forgetting to swap !
