A new rune for Resolve

As the title says...

As Courage was a popular rune back then, I felt like it should make a comeback... But even better than before.

Rune: Courage of the Colossus

Effect: Gain a shield for 16/18/20% (Levels 1, 7, and 13) of your maximum health lasting for 6 seconds all ranks upon hitting an enemy champion with hard CC (stun, displacement, knock up, snare, taunt, fear, etc.) and granting immunity to true damage for 6 seconds all ranks

Cooldown: 30/25/20 seconds (Levels 1, 7, and 13); basic attacks and abilities reduce the cooldown by 1 second all ranks
