@Riot, Other than ADCs/Vayne - what other champions are you looking at

My thoughts: I think Akali, Warwick, Taric, and Leona need to be looked at for nerfs or healthier patterns of playing.

Warwick, Taric and Leona would need nerfs. Aftershock being weakened would change this. Taric may still need more tweaking with less base AD and damage on his E (-5 on base AD and -20 on E)

Akali would need to get her laning pattern changed so she isn't so tanky as an assassin. Despite her winrate, her lane matchups are mostly wins for her and the burst she has for a diver isn't good. Making her lean more to another class seems much better

Draven needs a buff or a rune.

Top may need another objective for impact.

How about AP itemization?
