Potential Ashe buffs?

Hey people my name is MetalRealm and from an article I found wanted to maybe make a couple articles on potential buffs for some champions. These buffs will not always go to each champions abilities maybe 2 or 3 sometimes all. Here you may not see a ton of dmg buffs but i will try to incorporate those too. This article will be on Ashe .

Passive:Focus : This passive I think is a bit useless as it is,why should she only have a good shot after 100 steps so I think it should be changed to 100 at lv 6 , 75 at lv 12 and 30 at lv 18. This may seem a bit OP as has decent range but I think that this could really help her while she is kiting as she is a champion that is AWESOME at kiting.

Q:Frost Shot : No changes needed other than maybe reduce the mana costs at earlier levels. W:Volley : No changes needed as its a great use in team fights and is a trade mark ability to .

E:Hawkshot : Rito why would u make this ability so useless! The CD is huge and its generally useless and the passive is basically a bad avarice blade anyways! I say cut the range to 900 , add dmg 50/70/90/110/130 (%75 AD) and then keep the passive and then make it a skill shot.

R:Enchanted Crystal Arrow : Awesome ability no changes needed. (Those season 1 strats though .
