Regarding the 2017 Ranked Queues and MMR Resets

I understand Riot will be implementing two different queues for the 2017 season the Solo/Duo Queue and the Ranked Flex Queue. My question is when they do the MMR resets like previous seasons will our current dynamic queue rating affect the New Solo/Duo Queue or the Ranked Flex Queue? Or will everyone start out at the same rating for one of the two new queues? Any clarification on this would be appreciated.
