ARAM

You regularly see post about making all champs open for ARAM, to help counter ARAM only accounts. I think the best system for it I've seen is all champs open and a fresh re roll for every match. I would like to add to that, along with a random champion you should be playing in a random skin.

It even makes business sense. You play ARAM get a fresh champ and a new skin. If you like either one of them, there is a good chance you would be interested in getting them.
