New Turret concepts

This discussion is to suggest new turret mechanics that either adjust game play and balance issues without having to buff or nerf specific champions.

Ideas that I've come up with that may compensate for the mobility creep and massive damage to champions that can delete you while defending are return to safety unscathed...

Turrets: prioritize champions can slow an invader (on 2nd hit) can stun an invader if they ultimate

I don't like the prioritize champion idea, until they attack the enemy champion. I just think it would be pretty hard to take a tower in lane if the towers shot at you as soon as you entered ranged. I do like the idea of a second hit slowing and maybe a 4th hit stunning. Overall, I think they just need to do more damage. As it stands, squishy champs can dive an inhibitor tower like it's nothing.

Yes inhibitor towers could use a buff a good tank can walk up and hammer it down with a few minions around him done it with taric more than once
