Are there plans to rework Cho'Gath?

So the recent changes to Darius were partly due to how oppressive his early game is.

Can we talk about Cho'Gath for a minute?

He has free health and mana sustain.

A free 500 range poke on his Vorpal Spikes with bonus magic damage.

Two ranged AoE CC abilities that come with high base damages and AP ratios.

A true damage execute that also grants him health on top of his natural tankiness.

He can kill you with two rotations and an ult and you can't even fight back. All he has to do is land a Rupture while Flash is up. There's no drawback to him missing since he can just regen the mana and still has Feral Scream to keep you in check. Even if he pushes the wave with his Spikes he can harass you under turret just fine with Rupture.

Are there any plans to rework him at all?

I don't think Cho'gath is anywhere near getting a rework. It may be annoying, but Cho'gath isn't super top tier, but he is in a decent spot as of now.

His passive is what allows him to stay in lane longer, he is considered a tank after all. Sustain passives are nothing to really complain about since many champions such as Garen and Trundle who are considered bruisers and tanks just like Cho'gath, and it also fits his lore and theme considering he loves to consume things. (His mana cost aren't so low either and if the player can't manage their mana well, his passive can be useless)

His Vorpal spikes can only hit targets in front of whatever he is attacking, and he may have to do constant re-positioning just to hit what he desires. Doesn't hit that hard either and it's the only decent poke he has and taking it out would hurt him greatly, and considering his Q knock up is not that hard to dodge. Not only that, but the high ratio on it seems okay-ish since it is one of the easiest things to dodge .

An execute isn't called an execute for no reason either, it's supposed to do high damage, it wont straight up destroy you if your health is full or close to full. The range on it isn't so high either (175), but as a melee champ going against him ; I can see why it would be disdainful.

He isn't mobile, has no combat steroids(attack speed, movement speed etc..), early game he isn't the best duelist , he is easily harassed by ranged champs and ranged abilities, and easily kited.

I'm not hating or anything, and I know Cho can end up turning into a monster, but as far as a rework, I don't think he is going anywhere since there are more deserving champs.
