Idea - Add player's tier/division next to their name in game

What I mean is that when you hit "alt" or in loading screen you actually have an icon that you can hover over to see the player's current elo.

I think this is helpful to see if somebody in your game is boosted/lying about real elo/ If you're higher Elo vs X player you play more agro and vise versa.
