Come to think of it...

1 week after season 8 released and the new runes were added, i started to have less fun, i started to hate the direction of the game and started to hate how high damage was getting, and how ridiculously overtuned the new runes were on some champs.

The new rune system is what has caused powercreep, not the 10 extra damage that gragas E gets every season. thunderlords hardly even did any damage compared to electrocute, and dark harvest wasnt even a mechanic and sustain damage runes completely dissapeared from the game entirely. Honestly the new rune system has been fun, but riot its either you remove runes next season, or it just becomes more of a balance nightmare
