so when a player says shit like "fuuck jesus he is gay mother fuucker" and "i fuuck ur mom and jesus bitch" its not toxic, and he wont get chat restriction, but when i say this champ is broken im considered toxic and got chat restricted and cant get this hextech keys thing because "previous bad behavior" i dont fcking understand

Riot goes through each report manually, so you must have said some bad shit or else you wouldn't have gotten restricted. Mind posting your logs?
